This workshop is aimed at those of you who have previously participated in our workshops for personal and professional development. We will now take further steps in our individual development.
This time we will focus on self-leadership, which is more important than ever in these pandemic times. The emphasis will be on gaining increased ability to control and trust in your self-leadership/leadership.
We start with repetition both theoretically and practically of the work with subpersonalities, i.e. our learned qualities, behaviors and strategies. After that, we will immerse ourselves in the sub-personality work and you may find new skills and abilities in your ”inner management team”.
We will also work to identify one or two of our, at the moment, most obvious obstacles and work with approaches to overcome these. In addition, we will work with inner driving forces – what is important to you and motivates you, what creates satisfaction and meaning – for you to thrive and come to your right both at work and in private.
The more we understand ourselves and others, the better leaders and employees we become. And the more well-functioning and efficient teams we can create.
After completing the workshop, you will have tools and methods for navigating and achieving desired results, both privately and professionally.
The final program will be determined after interviews with all participants in order to meet any wishes.
After completing the workshop, you will have received:
- Increased trust and control in your self-leadership/leadership.
- Knowledge of techniques for promoting behaviors for desired effect.
- Methods to eliminate or overcome obstacles.
- Increased insight into your inner driving forces.
- Approaches for sustainable leadership/self-leadership.
- Female business network.
